How do I register for a CUNA Mutual Group account?

 

New User Registration Instructions

How do I sign in to My Services?

  1. Go to http://www.cunamutual.com
  2. Click on Sign in in the upper right corner of the homepage.
  3. The Sign in page displays.
  4. In the Sign-In box, you will find User ID and Password fields.
  5. In the User ID field, enter your user id.
  6. In Password field, enter your password.
  7. Click on the Sign In button below the user name and password.

I forgot my CUNA Mutual Group User ID.

  1. Go to cunamutual.com and click My Services from the top-line navigation bar.
  2. When prompted, click on the Forgot User ID link.
  3. When prompted, Enter your First Name, Last Name, and e-Mail Address.
  4. Click on the Submit button.

If your e-mail address is on file, the Email Confirmation page will be displayed with instructions that you will receive an e-mail with your User ID.

If there are multiple User IDs associated with your e-mail address, you will instructed to contact us to get your User ID.

I forgot my CUNA Mutual Group Password.

  1. Go to cunamutual.com and click My Services from the top-line navigation bar.
  2. When prompted, click on the Forget Password link.
  3. When prompted, enter your User ID and click on Submit.
  4. If your User ID is on file, you will be instructed to follow the Password Reset link that has been e-mailed to you.
  5. You will receive an e-mail containing the Password Reset link. Click on the link.
  6. When prompted, enter your User ID and click on Submit.
  7. You will be prompted to enter Response to your Challenge Question. Enter your Response and click Submit.
  8. When prompted, enter your New Password and Retype your new password and click on Submit.
  9. After you have submitted your new password, the Password Reset Confirmation screen will be displayed.

 

Services and Roles Help

How do I change my Service and Role selections?

  1. Go to www.cunamutual.com and click the "My Services" link .
  2. The sign in page will be displayed.
  3. Type in your User ID and Password. Click "Sign In."
  4. The My Services page will be displayed.
  5. Click "Edit Services and  Roles", which is located under the "CUNA Mutual Group Services & Applications" title, in order to modify your access.
  6. To add online services, expand the product heading and place a check mark in the box of the desired service, and if appropriate, choose the role.
  7. To remove access to a online service, remove the check mark from the box of the service you would like to remove.
  8. Click "Submit," the confirmation page will be displayed.
  9. Your request will be sent for processing. You should receive confirmation within 1-2 business days.
