How do I register?
To register for a webinar, you may need to log into the secure Resource Center for that product. Not all users will have access to all Resource Centers. If you need assistance, visit How to Register for more information and helpful contacts.
Who should I contact if I do not receive the confirmation or reminder emails?
If you signed up for a lending webinar and did not receive the confirmation or reminder emails, please contact CUPerformanceSolutions@cunamutual.com.
Where can I find a calendar of all events?
You can find a calendar of all upcoming webinars on Upcoming Webinars. Several products also have webinar schedules in their secure training pages.
Lender Development Program® credit unions can access additional session offerings through LDP Zone® Live Events.
How can I see what webinars are available for a specific product?
Visit the Resource Center for that product. Log in through My Services to find resource centers that you have access to.
Where can I access the recording or presentation for one of the sessions?
Libraries of recordings and other materials are kept in our Resource Centers. Log in through My Services to find Resource Centers that you have access to.
How much do the webinars cost?
Most CUNA Mutual Group webinars are free, but participation is restricted to customers with access to the Resource Center. If you are not a customer of a that product, you will not be able to attend.
What time is the webinar? How long are the Webinar sessions?
The time of each webinar is listed in our webinar schedules. Sessions vary in length - click on the More Info link for the webinar you are interested in to learn more.
How do I attend the session? Do I need a password?
Registration for many CUNA Mutual Group webinars is password protected. When you click on the More Info link for your webinar, you will be asked to log in. If you do not have your password, or need assistance, visit How to Register. Once you have registered, you will receive information on how to attend.
How do I get a UserID/Password?

How do I get access to the Resource Center to register?
You can only access Resource Centers for products and services that you purchase from CUNA Mutual Group. If you need to add a Resource Center to your account, log into My Services and click Edit Services and Roles in the lower right. For individual assistance, visit How to Register for information and helpful contacts for each product.
Where do I find other training resources (for example…how to file a claim, staff training modules)?
More training resources and product-specific webinar schedules can be found in the Resource Center for each product. Log into My Services to find Resource Centers that you have access to.
Can I get a copy of the Webinar without attending?
Recordings of some webinars will be posted in the Resource Center for the appropriate product. Log into My Services to find Resource Centers that you have access to.
