1. Refresh Your Membership File
The key to a successful marketing program is reaching the right audience. Providing a fresh membership file helps ensure that we're reaching the right members!
First time uploading a file? Review the Instructions for Creating and Uploading a Membership File for guidance. For additional instructions to create or upload your membership file, contact the Data Management team at 800.428.3932, Ext. 684.1160 or email TruStageData@cunamutual.com.
As Needed: Suppress Member Names
On occasion, you may have a member who no longer wishes to receive TruStage mailings. To honor those requests, please submit their information using our online tool.
Best Practice: Mark your calendar to send an updated member file at least quarterly.
2. Provide Your Credit Union Logo and Signature
Sender recognition boosts open rates! Help your members quickly identify your credit union by providing your logo and signature graphic for mailings.
Best Practice: For the highest quality, see logo specifications and signature requirements.
3. Track Your Program Results
Track your results to see how your program progresses over time using our CU Navigator reporting tool.
Best Practice: To enhance your results, simply contact us. We’ll consult with you and craft a custom plan that helps you meet your overall goals.
