Investment Program Awareness

401k Rollover Campaign

To help complete the marketing campaign download the email journey that is available to help you target and communicate to your members. This email campaign allows flexibility with images. Below are four different image options that are available and can be downloaded for use in this email campaign.

Identify your credit union or wealth management program colors. Having this available will enable you to customize the colors in the emails if you choose. This information will be available through your credit union marketing department. If your program is a MEMBERS Insurance and Investments program your PANTONE color is: 7470.

Maturing CDs

Ensure members with maturing CDs don’t fade into the sunset by utilizing targeted communications. Consider including this as part of a retention and recapture program; partner with your credit union to identify and target members who may have relationships with other financial institutions.

Below are four different image options available for the individual Maturing CD pieces. Make note which images you would like to use.

Identify your credit union or wealth management program colors. Having this available will enable you to customize the colors in the emails if you choose. This information will be available through your credit union marketing department. If your program is a MEMBERS Insurance and Investments program your PANTONE color is: 7470.

When testing the above Maturing CD pieces there were several trends credit unions should think about before using the above pieces including:

Make sure the member has an understanding of the program overall. For instance, before sending them the above targeted pieces introduce the program with one of our pre-approved letters three months before the above targeted communications are sent. This engagement will help the above Maturing CD piece resonate with the member. Don’t disqualify members if they have a low dollar amount CD expiring. Some of the program’s best customers have come from credit union members who have had small CD’s. If a member has a CD with the credit union it shows they likely have investments elsewhere or larger than average savings accounts.

It’s best to send this targeted Maturing CD piece 40 days before the members CD actually comes due. This enables the credit union member and the advisor to have an impactful conversation(s) before the CD matures.
