David Sweitzer to Lead CUNA Mutual Group Wealth Management Business

25-Year Company Veteran Poised and Committed to Elevate Business to Next Phase of Growth

MADISON, Wis. – CUNA Mutual Group has announced David Sweitzer will lead its Wealth Management business, which includes CUNA Brokerage Services, Inc., and the company’s financial advisor network and wealth management products. Sweitzer succeeds Jeff Bosco, who leaves the company after five years.

“We have invested millions of dollars into our Wealth Management business over the past two years to advance technology, sales training and product development, and we’re making tremendous progress,” said Robert N. Trunzo, CUNA Mutual Group president and CEO. “Our commitment remains steadfast, and we are further elevating this business by placing a stronger emphasis on consumers, and supporting the success of our financial advisors.”

Sweitzer has a long history working with credit unions and in financial services, having joined CUNA Mutual Group in 1991. He has held numerous leadership roles in sales management, customer call centers and small business development, and was most recently senior vice president of sales. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
