Jeff Hunt
Jeff Hunt is the Consumer Program Manager specializing in the 55-and-older “Boomer” strategic market.  In this capacity, Jeff helps credit unions attract and retain customers. With a firm understanding of these consumers, Jeff is responsible for designing products, services, and informational materials that fit their needs and help them achieve financial security.
   
Heather Thiltgen
Heather Thiltgen, Vice President of Consumer Segment Programs, manages strategic marketing segments to help credit unions attract and retain members. In this capacity, Heather drives product development, marketing, and channel strategies to meet credit union members’ needs. Before accepting her current position, Heather managed CUNA Mutual’s $450 million MemberCONNECT program.
   
Kris Wickline Kris Wickline is the Consumer Program Manager focusing on helping credit unions attract and retain younger adults between the ages of 18 and 30, also known as “Gen Y.” She is responsible for understanding the strategic market segment’s needs and developing products, services, and marketing strategies to meet those needs.
