On Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 11:59 p.m., our new mutual insurance holding company (MHC) structure went live. New legal entities – CUNA Mutual Holding Company and CUNA Mutual Financial Group, Inc. – now officially exist, and the CMFG Life Insurance Company name is now in use.
