TRUE Commitment: Next Steps

The TRUE Commitment campaign was launched at CUNA's 2009 Governmental Affairs Conference to emphasize CUNA Mutual Group’s strong and enduring support for the credit union movement. In 2010, this message was expressed through our 75th Anniversary theme - Then. Now. Always which highlighted our past. We transitioned to a more forward-looking theme in 2011 of Building Bridges.
 
By refining Building Bridges to a deeper level with our current Next Steps messaging, we seek to:
  • Emphasize the steps we're taking to address the needs of credit unions and members.
  • Highlight the steps we've already taken to underscore our commitment.
  • Help credit unions step across the bridges we've built through superior support and service.
  • Learn from credit unions where they want and need to go so we can properly plan our future steps.
