CUNA Mutual Group Names Steve Koslow Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

MADISON, WI – CUNA Mutual Group has hired Steve Koslow as senior vice president, chief ethics and compliance officer.  Koslow will oversee company performance in compliance, corporate ethics and privacy and will chair the company’s Compliance Leadership Council.

“This new role demonstrates the emphasis CUNA Mutual’s senior management and board of directors place on ethics and compliance matters,” said Faye Patzner, senior vice president and chief legal officer.

Prior to joining CUNA Mutual, Koslow served as a director in the governance, risk, and compliance group for PricewaterhouseCoopers.  In this role, he advised organizations on the design, structure, organization, and implementation of enterprise-wide ethics and compliance departments.

“Steve has long been an industry leader in compliance, privacy and ethics structures, and he brings extensive experience in the compliance discipline to CUNA Mutual,” Patzner said.

Koslow earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago.  He will be based in CUNA Mutual’s headquarters in Madison.
