Lend A Hand is a program developed by CUNA Mutual Group to help credit unions partner with local schools in recruiting tutors for middle-school students during after-school hours.  It’s modeled after a pilot program CUNA Mutual has been operating in Madison, Wisconsin, where the company recruited and placed 200 volunteer tutors from its own employees and from local credit unions in collaboration with its local United Way and the Madison Area Credit Union Chapter.
