CU Navigator, the online management reporting application, helps your credit union maximize the performance and effectiveness of both the MemberCONNECT and MEMBERS Financial Services programs.  

MEMBERS Financial Services - Together with your account team, you are able to access the information you need to successfully direct and monitor financial services for your members. The tracking of activities is simple and fast for representatives and coordinators, as well as providing management with an efficient, flexible and easy-to-use tool to monitor rep production and marketing activity results.

User Requirements: Credit unions offering the MEMBERS Financial Services program.

MemberCONNECT - You are able to become more engaged in the MemberCONNECT program, as you now have an easy-to-use online tool to track your MemberCONNECT success.  Quick access to information about your program results gives you a better understanding of how it impacts your credit union and members. 

User Requirements: Credit unions offering the MemberCONNECT program.

Typical User
: Credit union management and CUNA Mutual Group credit union support staff.

Member Detail Data - Provides credit unions the ability to download MEMBERS Financial Services and/or MemberCONNECT detail account information.  Users can run one of the canned downloads or choose specific data elements and build/save customized downloads using the "Build Your Own" feature.  You can also download account information by product type:  AD&D, Asset Accumulation, Auto & Home, or Life & Health.
