WebEFT System
The WebEFT System is a robust tool offered through CUNA Mutual Group.  Using this online tool, your credit union staff can research and review detailed information on electronic settlements for multiple services and products you have authorized through the ACH System or the Automated Settlement Network.

ACH System or Automated Settlement Network
Enable all of your financial transactions to settle electronically with CUNA Mutual Group through the ACH System or the Automated Settlement Network.  Benefits to your credit union include cash settlement convenience, timely and accurate payment processing, and multiple settlement options.

User Requirements: The WebEFT system is available for credit unions with one or more CUNA Mutual products and an ACH or Automated Settlement authorization on file.

Typical User: Credit union staff responsible for ACH or Automated Settlement account reconciliation, account posting and transaction handling.

How will the WebEFT System help my credit union?

  • Ability to view settlement detail of items such as claim payments, reimbursements and insurance premium payments online.
  • Six months of transaction history at your fingertips.
  • Multiple search options, including product, pre-note, and member.
  • Effective and secure means for you to view transactions initiated by CUNA Mutual Group.
  • No cost to you or your credit union.

To Get Access:

  • Choose from one of two options to authorize electronic settlement (ACH or Automated Settlement Network) for all of your CUNA Mutual Group business transactions.
  • Access to the WebEFT System requires a UserID and Password. If you do not currently have a UserID and Password and would like access, please go to New User Registration.
  • If you already have a UserID and Password, click Edit My Services to add this online tool to your personalized list.
