MEMBER'S CHOICE Premium allows you to file Credit Disability, Credit Life, Loan Protection, and Life Savings premium reports online. It also allows you to submit premium adjustment requests and certificate refund requests. In addition, you can easily provide us with your participation data.

To Get Access:
- Access to MEMBER'S CHOICE Premium requires a UserID and Password. If you do not currently have a UserID and Password and would like access, please go to New User Registration.
- If you already have a UserID and Password, click Edit My Services to add this online tool to your personalized list.
