Collateral Products Online Management Tools
- Online Management Reports and Access - Gain valuable insight into your tracked loan portfolio by accessing management reports online. Simply select the report title, and the information is at your fingertips. Reports are updated regularly to identify real-time risk exposures to loans. Sign In to TotalTrac Management Reports
- Online Loan Status Inquiry - Stay on top of your member loan portfolio by viewing current status and history of member loans, member claims, and real estate loans. Cancellations and issued/pending certificates are also included! Sign In to TotalTrac Status Inquiry
- Claims Online - Retrieve and submit appropriate claim forms and receive payments. If your credit union chooses to use electronic funds transfer capability, you can also access billing and refund status online. Sign In to Collateral Insurance Notice of Loss

- Electronic Daily Refunds - With EFT, money not only transfers instantaneously, but the status of the funds is readily available at any time.
- Secure File Transfer Utility - Enables the secure exchange of files between CUNA Mutual Group and your credit union. Files are encrypted during the entire transmission process in order to maximize the privacy of the information. In addition, all files are scanned for viruses and other malicious software using regularly updated Virus "signature" files.
