Welcome to the CUNA Mutual Electronic Settlement Forms and Manual page. This page allows you to request a Customized Electronic Settlement Authorization Packet be sent to your credit union.  From this page you can also access a fillable Electronic Settlement Authorization form to complete and print for authorization of electronic settlement.  Additional options include a link to the WebEFT User Guide and information about the WebEFT system and WebEFT eLearning.

Customized Electronic Settlement Authorization Packet

This option allows you to Order a Customized Packet to be mailed to your credit union. This form will facilitate the process for you to authorize settlement to the account of your choice, and also includes a Group Products page so you may select which products and services you would like to settle electronically. This customized packet contains a Credit Union Profile specific to your credit union that shows the existing products and settlement accounts that you have chosen.

Fillable Electronic Settlement Authorization  This option is a fillable form.  Click on the link to open it.  Make your entries using the tab key to navigate from field to field, print, sign and fax the form to the Electronic Settlement team.  This form will facilitate the process for you to authorize settlement to the account of your choice, and also includes a Group Products page, so you may select which products and services you would like to settle electronically.

WebEFT System

The WebEFT System is a robust tool offered through CUNA Mutual Group.  Using this online tool, your credit union staff can research and review detailed information on electronic settlements for multiple services and products you have authorized through the ACH System or the Automated Settlement Network.
