To get the forms you need to manage your Flexible Spending Account, go to our new, consolidated Benefits for You website. The new site replaces our current self-service websites and provides more information and transactional options– making it easier for you to manage your benefits.
If you've already registered for Benefits for You, choose your role to sign in:
Participants
If you do not have a User ID for the Benefits for You website, see your HR Plan Administrator or benefits manager. Ask your HR Plan Administrator to send you an invitation for the Benefits for You website.
Administrators
If your FSA plan is your only CUNA Mutual plan, you will need an activation code for registration. Please use the one you were sent or call to request another one: 1-800-999-8786, Option 1.
