The CUNA Mutual Group Internship Program

Our internship program is designed to lead college students down the path to a successful career.  No matter what your field of interest is, our aim is to involve you in important projects that have a direct impact on the company, make you an integral part of high performance teams, and put you in a position where you can apply what you have learned in the classroom, while gaining new skills in a corporate setting.

As a part of the internship program, you will work with and learn from experienced professionals, many of which who have been in their field for over 20 years.  Throughout the summer, you will be part of a formalized program that offers planned work and social events for all interns, allowing you to build both social and professional networks.  You will also have direct contact and exposure to the Executive Leadership Team, which will give you a chance to learn from their experiences and help you plan your own professional development.  Most importantly, you will receive support from managers, mentors, and coworkers who want to see you succeed.
