The following online services are available to CUNA Mutual's policyholders. These services are accessed via the policyholder's My Home page once authorization has been granted. To request access, sign in and click on Edit My Services. If you need a User ID, click on New User Registration on the home page.
Collateral Products
Following is a brief description of each of the secured online services available to our Collateral Products policyholders.
Blanket Single Pay
Description: For use by those with Single Pay ‐ Blanket Physical Damage Coverage. This service enables you to calculate and submit your Blanket Single Pay premium every month—right at your fingertips. Simply enter the reporting month, the number of new and refinanced collateral loans granted during that month, and your credit union’s rate. If your credit union uses our WebEFT service to pay premiums, payment is automatically applied. If your credit union does not use our WebEFT service, you’ll receive a bill through the mail.

eLearning
Description: eLearning is an online interactive tutorial to give you a better understanding about all of our Collateral Products online e-tools.

Immediate Issue
Description: For use by those with Immediate Issue Physical Damage Coverage. This service enables you to force place Immediate Issue Physical Damage Coverage on a member’s loan. Simply enter the member’s loan and collateral information, and submit for immediate coverage. And now you can even calculate the premium online and submit the information directly to CUNA Mutual. If your credit union uses our WebEFT service to pay premiums, payment is automatically applied. If your credit union does not use our WebEFT service, print a copy of the online application, and submit it through the mail with payment.

Member Administration
Description: View and manage information pertaining to your members, specific loan and collateral information, insurance history—and even view or print document images. You can also make collateral status changes, add information about a new policy, or submit proof of insurance information.

Claims (Notice of Loss)
Description: The Notice of Loss form is the first step in submitting a collateral insurance claim. Submitting the electronic notice reduces the time to process your claim.

Pending Notices
Description: Designed primarily for credit unions whose notices and certificates will be mailed weekly or biweekly instead of daily. This service enables you to see a list of all pending notices and certificates before they are sent to your members. If your credit union wishes to actively review and confirm the notices and certificates before they mail, you will appreciate the added convenience of this service. You can search by member and control online whether to release early, delay, or permanently waive a notice or certificate, most credit unions do not wish to regularly interrupt or slow down the flow of the notices and certificates. By allowing notices and certificates to automatically print and mail each night, there is a better likelihood of obtaining your members’ proof of insurance as soon as possible.

Reports
Description: Everything you need to manage member‐related reporting. You can create, filter, view, and search management reports online: you control the search parameters and the report outputs. You can also export the resulting data for other reporting or business purposes. We encourage you to view these reports at least weekly for the latest tracking information.

Secure File Transfer
Description: This service is geared toward your credit union’s technical administrators or data processors. Use this service to electronically transfer loan information and other files to us, knowing your member data is protected by our secure 128‐bit encryption technology. This service enables you to securely upload data files, download data files, or change tracking codes or field lengths.

TotalTrac II (Texas)
Description: TotalTrac II (Texas) allows our Texas Customers to view the status of all active tracked loans, including current and historical insurance records and notes. You can review and/or print other data including billing status and statements, cancellations and transactions.

View Your Bills
Description: This service, designed for those who receive their Collateral Products billing statements through the mail, gives you the ability to view and manage all of your settled and unsettled bills online. Reconcile your bills quickly and easily, search for specific current or past bills, and print outstanding bills to submit with payment.

Credit Union Protection
Following is a brief description of each of the secured online services available to our Credit Union Protection policyholders.
Bondability
Description: Our online checks don’t keep your ideal candidates waiting! The Bondability program verifies bondability of current and potential staff, directors and committee members to protect Bond policy owners against potential future losses caused by internal fraud. This one-of-a-kind service provides an instant response to your request -- indicating either that an individual is bondable or that further research is necessary. You can also view pending and completed requests made by your credit union in the last 30 days.

Claims History/Status
Description: Gain direct access to claims history reports with up to five years of loss data, to help you understand loss trends and make future insurance purchasing decisions. Your credit union claim information is sub-totaled by policy, coverage and year, and includes loss type information, as well as the status of pending claims.

Credit Union Protection Resource Center
The Protection Resource Center is your one-stop shop to receive timely and comprehensive information on current risk trends and risk management tools as well as "hot topic" articles on services and innovations.
When you receive access to the Protection Resource Center, you will automatically receive email notifications when new Risk Alerts are available in the Protection Resource Center. The email notifications will include headlines, brief summaries and a direct link to the Protection Resource Center. You can discontinue the email notification by using the unsubscribe link found in all notifications.

Risk Alert
Description: Formerly known as SCAM Alert, Risk Alert is a risk and fraud alert awareness program that helps credit unions to prepare for emerging loss exposures by arming your staff with the latest fraudulent schemes directed at credit unions and also provides you with loss prevention tips.

Description: Credit Union Protection Forms provides you with easy access to the most commonly used forms for servicing your Bond, Special Insurance Package and Credit Union Package of Protection policies. Simply complete one of the interactive coverage change forms or download a PDF file to complete and submit to CUNA Mutual.

Credit Union Protection Notice of Loss
Description: The Notice of Loss is the first step in submitting a claim. Submitting the electronic notice reduces the time to process your claim and expedites your recovery from loss for your Bond and Property/Liability related coverages. In addition, the Notice of Loss validates the your deductible amounts and automatically generates a claim number for easy credit union tracking. If your Notice of Loss meets the criteria for a "fast track claim", an immediate decision could be made and settled electronically through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Plastic Card Customer Care Center:
The Plastic Card Customer Care Center is an extension of the Notice of Loss service, specifically designed for Plastic Card losses. You can submit a Card Compromise Notification, a Notice of Loss (as soon as you become aware of a potential loss), a Proof of Loss, and access online reports.

Mortgage Security
Description: You may request Mortgage Security insurance via this on-line application. Mortgage Security is a force-placed physical damage insurance for residential, mobile home, and commercial property. It protects the interests of the credit union and the borrower on first and second mortgages and home equity loans with no evidence of insurance from the borrower.

Description: A learning site designed with credit union employees in mind. GAP File Transfer
Description: Our preferred method for issuing and tracking GAP policies is the Integrated Web Calculator (IWC), a part of CUNA Mutual's Web site options. However with prior approval, there is the alternative option for posting GAP policy information to CUNA Mutual. This method utilizes a comma delimited file format that can be passed to CUNA Mutual for processing. This ad hoc file is created from data that has been captured by some alternative Loan Processing software system. The required GAP data is extracted from the credit union's current software program for processing GAP files. The credit union will use whatever ad hoc data extract tool that works for themselves.

MRC Cancellation
Description: The MRC Cancellation page allows you to submit a cancellation request for an existing MRC agreement/policy.

Student Loan Network Resource Center
Description: Within the Student Loan Network Resource Center, you will find the entire Student Loan Network operations manual, the Common Manual, marketing planning guides, promotional materials for marketing your credit union's student loan program and operational forms for administering your student loan program. Following is a brief description of each of the secured online services available to our Member Solutions policyholders.
Compensation-Viewer
Product Description: The Compensation-Viewer allows secure, timely and easy access to Credit Union/CUSO compensation reports related to MEMBERS Financial Services programs. Additionally, you will have access to detail and summary level reports and historic reports and the option to download data from these reports.
Product Requirements: Although there are no specific product requirements, the requester needs to have a relationship with CUNA Mutual through the MEMBERS Financial Services program and have authorization from the Credit Union/CUSO prior to requesting access.

CU Navigator Management Reporting
Description: CU Navigator Management Reporting provides access to management information for the MEMBERS Financial Services and MemberCONNECT programs in your credit union. The premier tool being made available through this access is the CU Navigator. The CU Navigator is an interactive, web application which enables credit union program managers to monitor and direct the progress of their MEMBERS Financial Services and MemberCONNECT programs. It was built specifically for credit unions. Credit union executives were actively involved with the design and development of the application. The CU Navigator brings together data from numerous sources and presents it in a flexible fashion. Data can be viewed in a report format or graphically, such as bar, line or pie charts. The month by month information allows for trending of many key metrics, for example, assets under management, inforce coverage, and active accounts/policies.
