This Center will assist in early detection and reporting of Plastic Card losses.  By alerting us early we can provide a pro-active approach to claim mitigation and assist in helping your credit union avoid future claims.


In addition to mitigating losses based on early notification, the Plastic Card Customer Care Center helps you align with contract requirements, provides the ability to notify us of card compromises, and provides statistical information on loss trends, cardholder loss summaries, and payment history.

  • Quick, convenient method of notifying CUNA Mutual of a potential Plastic Card claim.  Note:  Other types of Credit Union Protection claims (i.e. Fraudulent Deposit/Forgery or Alteration, Owned Auto, Repossessed Auto, Building, ATM and others) should be filed via  Notice of Loss
  • Easy access to loss prevention techniques and education on how to protect your credit union from loss.
