How do I deactivate a user?

To deactivate a user:

  1. Click the "Sign In" link in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Type in your User ID and Password.
  3. Click "Credit Union Security Administration" under "My Services".
  4. Click "Deactivate User" from the left hand navigation in the Security Administrator Toolbox.
  5. Complete the online form and click on "Submit."  We will follow-up with an e-mail confirmation that your request has been completed.
